ROMAIN A. ICHBIAH
Romain is the Managing Director of Ichbiah and Company. He brings a unique mix of strategy consulting, M&A advisory service and entrepreneurial experience gained in the USA and in Europe. Over the past two decades, Romain has served dozens of mid and large caps in a variety of sectors, including Industrials, Technology, Services and Consumer Goods, in addition to working with Private Equity Clients on the buy and sell-sides.
Sanjeet is a Senior Manager with Ichbiah and Company and leads our research team. He supports clients with their organic growth strategy initiatives, as well on the M&A front, buy-side and sell-side. Sanjeet has served mid-size and large Corporates in the Chemicals, Metal & Mining, Aerospace & Defense, Retail/E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Construction, Consumer, and Automotive sectors as well as a wide range of Private Equity firms and family offices, in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Erick is a seasoned investor and M&A advisor; he is the president and founder of PIC, a cross-border investment and advisory services firm dedicated to companies in the US and Europe. Erick, a French and American citizen, brings a unique perspective to international business given his European roots and US experience. Erick operates as a Senior Advisor to Ichbiah and Company on all M&A Transaction Services efforts.
GUILLAUME GENOT
Guillaume is a senior Finance executive bringing a unique mix of operational, transactional and strategic Corporate Finance experience. As CFO he has built and managed PE-grade Finance functions and played a key role in executing ambitious buy-and-build strategies. As Head of M&A and Operating Partner he has supported numerous mid-market transactions, in the US and in Europe.
