Challenge: A major B2C2B online portal with a well-known brand needed to build its 3-year strategic plan. The executive team was also concerned about market saturation and the threat of disruption, requiring a fact-based assessment to shape the company's long-term vision.

Solution: We conducted a full market and risk assessment, evaluating market size, competition, and demand-supply gaps. Through deep research and over 58 customer surveys, we developed a 10-year revenue forecast and identified the target's operational upside.
Result: Our insights gave the client a clear understanding of the opportunity. This led to the successful acquisition of the target for $9.6 billion based on our recommendations.
